Our Policy

  • Deposit of 25% of the total rental fee required to complete a booking.
  • Deposit refundable if cancelled 10 Days prior to booking date.
  • Balance of any additional costs due day before party.
  • Patrons may bring in their own food/catering/Beverages .
  • No Sparkler Candles, Confetti, gum, Silly String,or any “messy” items .
  • A Responsible adult must accompany each child.
  • 20 Min Set up time before party *Note Parties of 3hours or more will receive 30 Min set up time.
  • Staff will start clean up 20 Min before Party is over.
  • Guests must vacate by the end of the party time slot.
  • Cake and Food may be stored in Refrigerator day before events.
  • Decorations May be dropped of Day before Event.
  • 15% Gratuity is included with all bookings.
